Business & Leadership

We have three courses available for leadership and business improvement – Learning to Lead, Introduction to Productivity and Productivity Excellence. These are all workshop based courses and lead to NZ Certificates.

Our Facilitators have worked to bring a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience to their engaging workshops – focussing on leadership, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.  Using a combination of short workshop sessions and on-job coaching, we apply the learning to practical applications and real world examples – resulting in realistic, interactive and highly visual training.
